All students over the age of 16 in full time education may be eligible for one of these allowances. Individual allowances of up to £30 per week and termly bonuses of £100 are available. These are means tested and based on household income. Application packs are available in every secondary school from Easter and applications are best made early.

On enrolment with us in September students need to bring their official confirmation slip and subject to excellent attendance and progress, payments are made.

The criteria for payment has been agreed in principal by all Sixth Forms across Torbay to ensure fairness. Copies of this are available upon request.
