The BTEC Applied Physics qualification leads to one GCE equivalent, graded A to C.
The course involves the completion of all six units in order to qualify for certification
The six areas of study are:
- Fundamentals of Science
- Scientific Practical Techniques
- Energy Changes, Sources and Applications
- Electric Circuits and their Industrial Applications
- Medical Physics Techniques
- Working in the Science Industry
Once this qualification is gained, the natural progression is to Science based HND courses.
